No nasties here!

We are 100% refined sugar free. We only use natural sweeteners like coconut sugar, maple syrup and fruits.

When cooking, we use a little extra virgin coconut oil as it has a high smoke point and does not become harmful like many other common cooking oils. We DON’T deep fry. For cold salads we use extra virgin olive oil.

All our ingredients and products are animal cruelty-free have been carefully chosen to be whole, clean and natural with absolutely no nasties!

What's so special about our coffee? 

Our coffee partner Sacred Grounds are so passionate about providing the best tasting Fairtrade Organic coffee. This Neighbours Blend is a low carbon footprint product using beans from Australia’s closest coffee producing neighbours to reduce the transport mileage required. 

Why don’t we sell plastic drink bottles? 

We are committed to minimising our ecological footprint and this means reducing the use of plastics. Come in and enjoy our free filtered water…bring in your own cup or use one of ours. 

What are we doing about disposable coffee cup waste? 

As a member of Responsible Cafes, we actively want to reduce single use cup waste. Feel free to bring in your own cup instead of using disposables. 

What about our takeaway packaging? 

Our takeaway bowl is made from sugar cane pulp, not plastic, and our takeaway cutlery created from biodegradable and sustainably managed wood. Both are fully compostable and don’t have any nasty toxins leaching into your food. 

Why do we use unusual cups and bowls? 

Our curry bowls, water jugs and copper cups are not only beautiful to use, but also Certified Fair-trade so we know that the craftspeople who made them were paid a fair price.  

What is kombucha (on tap)? 

Kombucha is a fizzy, fermented drink made from tea. An excellent source of probiotics, Kombucha aids in detoxing and digestion. Our Kombucha uses all natural and organic ingredients to further increase the health benefits and its served directly into your cup to help reduce wasteful packaging.

Did you know that Micro Herbs contain up to 40 times higher levels of nutrients that their adult versions? We garnish our dishes with these beautiful nutrient rich sprouts that look delectable, nourish your body and taste amazing!
